Terms of Use & End User License Agreement (EULA)

Welcome to SaveTheBeat™ (“the App”). This Terms of Use & End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and CodeScribe Corporation (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). It governs your use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you may only use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to this Agreement.

  1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a compatible mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial, non-medical, educational purposes.

  1. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App in any form.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
  • Rent, sell, sublicense, or distribute the App.
  • Use the App in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose.
  1. Educational Purpose & Disclaimer
  • The App is provided for educational purposes only.
  • The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • Use of the App does not certify you in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) nor guarantee performance in real-life medical emergencies.
  • In an emergency, you should call emergency services (e.g., 911 in the U.S.) immediately.
  • The Company assumes no liability for any actions or inactions taken based on the App.

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that reliance on the App is solely at your own risk.

  1. Intellectual Property

The App and all rights, title, and interest therein, including copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, are and will remain the property of the Company or its licensors.

  1. Updates

We may release updates, bug fixes, or enhancements to the App. Updates may install automatically or require manual installation. This Agreement applies to all updates unless stated otherwise.

  1. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind.
  • The Company disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the App.
  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the App or your violation of this Agreement.

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies from your device.

  1. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules.
