CPR + AR = Saved Lives
The future of CPR training starts with augmented reality
The Problem
More than 360,000 people each year suffer a cardiac arrest outside the hospital setting. “According to 2014 data, nearly 45 percent of out-of-hospital cardiac arrest victims survived when bystander CPR was administered.” (American Heart Association) Less than half of these people receive bystander CPR. “CPR, especially if administered immediately after cardiac arrest, can double or triple a person’s chance of survival. About 90 percent of people who experience an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest die.” (AHA)
Our Solution
Augmented Reality makes this possible using patented CodeScribe technology; providing CPR training anywhere, anytime to anyone with an internet connection and a smart device.
Our Goal
Democratize CPR!™ Make basic CPR training easily available to anyone, anytime, anywhere using augmented reality but especially to the nearly 24 million people in job roles that require CPR training annually (Bureau of Labor Statistics)
Train for CPR Anywhere
Utilizing any compressible object as a surrogate, virtual vital signs and a virtual mannequin are superimposed for more realistic visual reference. Using this approach, 24 million potential users can be trained.
